School Counselors play an essential role in creating an equitable, inclusive school culture promoting success for all. Elementary school counselors deliver a comprehensive school counseling program that teaches knowledge, attitudes, and skills students need to acquire in academics, career, and social/emotional development, which serve as the foundation for future success.
